传统中学体育课程的教学具有一定的滞后性,单纯地以长跑为主要的心肺功能训练对于学生来说,难以在学生的主动性上进行调动。面对学生的综合身体素质的总体下降这一现状,以一种新的教学训练方式来代替传统训练成为必然趋势。定向运动以其独有的时尚,简洁而有效的模式,对于增强学生综合身体素质和心肺功能有着极大的影响。对此,本文就针对定向运动在初中体育课堂教学中的运用进行了分析。
The traditional middle school physical education teaching has a certain degree of lag. Simply taking long-distance running as the main training of cardiopulmonary function is hard for students to mobilize on their initiative. Faced with the overall decline in students’ overall physical fitness, it is an inevitable trend to replace traditional training with a new teaching and training method. Orienteering with its unique fashion, simple and effective mode, to enhance students’ overall physical fitness and cardiopulmonary function has a tremendous impact. In this regard, this article aims at the use of Orienteering in junior high school PE class teaching.
