为实现投入少、压开层位多的一次管柱多层压裂，研制了QHY41型压裂用封隔器。这是一种无支撑、液压坐封、上提管柱解封的压缩式封隔器，能满足中深油藏一次管柱分压三层的需要。封隔器采用双液缸压缩两级胶筒密封，最高耐压70MPa，在分解成两级使用时，单级耐压达到45MPa。喷砂滑套与封隔器主体连成一体，减少了施工时的沉砂量，不易造成砂堵。由于每个封隔器的解封距由上至下逐渐递减，多个封隔器的解封载荷始终相当于一个封隔器的解封载荷，有利于顺利解封。封隔器还有反洗功能，可保证不被砂卡。6口井共9个小层的分层压裂施工均获成功，但一次管柱分压3层以上的尚待试验。
In order to achieve a small investment, the multi-layer multi-layer fracturing a lot of cracks, developed QHY41 fracturing packer. As each packer’s de-sealing distance gradually decreases from top to bottom, the unpacking load of multiple packers is always equal to the unwinding load of one packer, which is beneficial for smooth unsealing. Packers also have anti-wash function, can guarantee not sand card. A total of 9 wells in 6 wells were successfully fractured by fracturing.
