针对冲击地压工作面煤层卸压钻孔参数设计依据缺乏问题,通过理论研究和现场实测,研究煤层卸压钻孔的防冲机理和参数设计方法。通过实验室试件试验的全应力应变曲线分析,探索了煤层卸压钻孔“低强度-低密度”防冲机理:卸压钻孔可以改变煤体的物理力学性质,通过降低煤体破坏极限强度和密度,降低了煤体的冲击倾向性,增加了煤体的应变率,在一定范围内形成卸压保护带。卸压钻孔深度采用了现场经验孔深,基于有效应变率,针对煤层条件和卸压孔孔径,设计了卸压钻孔密度参数,已在多个冲击地压矿井现场应用,经钻孔应力监测检验,防冲卸压效果良好。
Aiming at the lack of design basis of the pressure relief borehole parameters for rock burst working face, the mechanism and parameter design method of pressure relief drilling for coal seam are studied through theoretical research and field measurement.
