日前,北京市房改办、北京市国土房管局等部门联合下发了《机关事业单位职工住房补贴计发及有关纪律规定等问题的通知》和《北京市住房补贴资金管理有关问题的通知》。为了帮助各单位相关负责人以及职工能够更好理解和运用好该政策,记者特采访了北京市国土房管局,分别就机关、事业以及国企住房补贴等问题进行了详细解释。
Recently, the Beijing Municipal Housing Reform Office and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Housing jointly issued the “Notice on Metering and Issuing Housing Subsidy for Workers and Institutions and Relevant Discipline, and Other Issues Concerning Discipline, and Notice on Relevant Issues concerning the Management of Housing Subsidy Funds in Beijing.” In order to help responsible officials and employees of various units to understand and make better use of the policy, the reporter interviewed Beijing Land and Housing Administration to explain in detail the issues of government agencies and enterprises as well as state-owned housing subsidies.
