为了探讨杉木纯林及与火力楠同穴种植的杉木混交林这两种林地经营方式对林木生长和土壤的影响,本研究分别对这两种方式中杉木体内的赤霉素(GA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)、油菜素内酯(BR)含量以及林下土壤的含水率、电导率与p H值等土壤理化性质进行了测定。结果表明:与火力楠同穴种植后杉木的GA、IAA、ABA、BR含量分别比单独种植杉木高32.88%、10.14%、1.12%、23.07%。

目的探讨膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中CATA3的表达及临床病理意义,并分析其与Ki-67的表达相关性。方法采用免疫组化法分别检测72例BUC及20例正常膀胱尿路上皮组织中CATA3的表达,分析其与BUC病理参数的关系及与Ki-67表达的相关性。结果①GATA3在正常尿路上皮组织中阳性表达率100.0%,在BUC组织中阳性率为73.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CATA3的表达与淋巴结转移、有无浸润及浸润深度、分化程度相关(P<O.05),而与患者性别、年龄等因素无关(P>0.05
