本文基于可持续发展本质内涵,构建了经济、社会、资源环境三个子系统二级指标,29个三级指标,运用主成分分析方法对江苏省十三市区进行了可持续性发展协调度的实证研究。从研究结果来看,苏南五市区的可持续发展协调性指数总体上要优于苏中、苏北地区。同时,三地区内部也在存在显著的差异。可见,江苏要实现可持续性协调发展的目的,江苏在发展本地区经济的过程中,应该注重苏南、苏中、苏北三区之间的合作与交流,注重区内各城市之间的相互协调,探求一条经济效益好、社会效益佳、环境污染少、又兼顾效益与公平的科学发展之路,从而有利于苏南、苏北、苏中共同发展、永续发展。
Based on the essential connotation of sustainable development, this paper constructs the second level indicators and the third level indicators of three subsystems of economy, society and resources and environment, and uses the principal component analysis method to conduct the coordination of sustainable development in the thirteen urban areas of Jiangsu Province Empirical Research. From the research results, the index of sustainable development coordination in five cities and districts in southern Jiangsu is better than those in central and northern Jiangsu. At the same time, there are also significant differences within the three regions. Therefore, in order to realize the goal of sustainable and coordinated development in Jiangsu, Jiangsu should pay attention to the cooperation and exchange among the three districts of southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu in the process of developing its economy. It should pay attention to the cooperation among all the cities in the region And seek a path of scientific development with good economic returns, good social benefits, less environmental pollution and also benefits and fairness so as to benefit the common development and sustainable development of southern Jiangsu, northern Jiangsu and the Soviet Union.
