黄河牌JN150型汽车变速器是为载重汽车设计的,所以原设计没有取力装置。有些使用单位由于运输生产的需要,拟改装成自卸车、起重车等改型车时,就得首先在变速器上增加一套取力装置。我公司六场的职工在将JN150型载重汽车改装成15吨半挂车并加装卷扬机时,因陋就简,利用跃进牌NJ130型汽车差速器中的一套行星齿轮和半轴齿轮,改制成一个取力装置,按装在变速器中间轴的后端,因而取得了输出的动力。改装后的几辆车,已使用二年多,情况正常。在改装时,首先将变速器中间轴的后端铣一个10×10毫米的方槽,作为取得动力的基础。然后拆掉中间轴后盖,作为安装取力装置的基座。
