研究了黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿、雄黄和毒砂对金在氰化介质中的溶解性能的影响。在固定其它试验条件下研究了在不同硫化矿物浓度下人工配制金矿石的氰化率。进行了矿物学分析 ,测量了浸出动力学。硫化矿物对金溶解性能的负面影响降低顺序如下 :雄黄 >磁黄铁矿 >黄铜矿 >黄铁矿 >毒砂。用XPS光电子能谱研究了金和硫化矿物表面化学特性 ,以确定金的浸出机理。XPS分析结果表明 ,由于硫化矿物的溶解 ,在金表面上可能形成硫化物、砷的化合物和铁的化合物等钝化层。
The effects of pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, realgar and arsenopyrite on the solubility of gold in cyanide media were studied. Under other experimental conditions, the cyanidation rate of gold ore prepared artificially under different sulfide mineral concentrations was studied. Mineralogical analyzes were conducted to measure leaching kinetics. The negative impact of sulphide minerals on the dissolution kinetics of gold is in the following order: realgar> pyrrhotite> chalcopyrite> pyrite> arsenopyrite. The surface chemical properties of gold and sulfide minerals were studied by XPS photoelectron spectroscopy to determine the gold leaching mechanism. The results of XPS analysis show that passivating layers such as sulfide, arsenic compounds and iron compounds may be formed on the gold surface due to the dissolution of sulfide minerals.
