目的采用图论的方法探讨轻度颅脑损伤(mild traumatic brain injury,mTBI)患者脑网络介数(Betweenness)及局部脑网络效率改变。方法 20例轻度颅脑损伤后3个月患者伴有迁延不愈的头晕、头痛、记忆下降、注意力下降等症状,和20例年龄、性别及教育程度相符合的健康对照,采集两组静息态功能磁共振数据,应用Gretna中Network Construction模块进行数据预处理得到脑网络的矩阵,然后运用Network Analysis模块进行网络分析,得到脑网络的介数及局部网络效率属性,介数属性的结果进行统计分析后得到有差异的脑区;对局部脑网络效率在不同阈值下进行统计分析,并在阈值为0.1≤Sparsity≤0.4范围内比较局部脑网络效率的改变。结果与健康被试相比,mTBI患者介数降低的脑区有:左侧额上回、左侧海马、左侧舌叶、左侧枕叶上部;介数升高的脑区有右侧海马。与对照组相比,mTBI患者脑局部效率降低。结论本研究发现mTBI患者的脑网络的评价指标介数以及局部脑网络效率发生了改变,而介数值的改变可能是导致局部脑功能网络效率降低的原因之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of brain network betweenness and brain network in patients with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) by using graph theory. Methods Twenty patients with mild craniocerebral injury at 3 months were accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness, headache, memory loss and attention loss, and 20 healthy controls with age, gender and educational level were collected. Two groups Resting state functional magnetic resonance data, using the Greedy Network Construction module for data preprocessing to get the brain network matrix, and then use Network Analysis module for network analysis, to obtain the brain network of mediated and local network efficiency attributes, mediated properties of the results After statistical analysis, different brain regions were obtained. Statistical analysis of local brain network efficiency under different thresholds was carried out, and the changes of local brain network efficiency were compared within the threshold range of 0.1≤ Sparsity≤0.4. Results Compared with healthy subjects, mTBI patients had decreased brain areas with upper and lower frontal gyrus, left hippocampus, left lingual leaf and upper left occipital lobe; . Compared with the control group, mTBI patients with reduced local efficiency of the brain. Conclusions This study found that in patients with mTBI, the indices of brain network evaluation and the efficiency of local brain network changed. The change of mesogen value may be one of the reasons for the decrease of local brain function network efficiency.
