在大学生考公务员人数逐年增长情况下,我们调查发现“考公务员热”的原因集中在工作压力大,就业创业环境恶化,大学生不正确择业观及父母的趋向性引导等。为此,我们针对公务员制度改革的内涵和外延,从学校加强就业引导,企业优化人才待遇,师长平衡学生就业心态等多角度提出了建议。
Under the circumstances that the number of undergraduates examining civil servants increases year by year, we find that the reasons for the “hot examinations for civil servants” lie in the stress of work, the deteriorating employment and entrepreneurial environment, the improper employment concept of undergraduates and the tendency of parents. Therefore, in view of the connotation and denotation of the reform of the civil service system, we put forward suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening employment guidance in colleges and schools, optimizing the treatment of qualified personnel by enterprises, and balancing teachers’ mentality with teachers.
