写下这个题目,主要是因为目前有一种非常流行的说法:奥运会之后北京的房价将会大跌或者有所回落。这一说法不仅来源于普通的购房者,也来源于一些学者和业内人士。近期的房价越是上涨,这一说法越是坚定,也有一些持币待购者在等待房价大跌的日子。我们无意预测房价,因为有位名人说过:人可预知三天,便可富可敌国。而多少市场的预测者最终都成为后人的笑柄,本文仅从几个角度分析“后奥运时代”的房地产市场,发表一点浅见。
