采用稃毛、谷粒酚反应、1~2穗节长度、谷粒长/宽比值、抽穗时谷壳颜色等5项指标,测验海南山栏稻20份原始种质的稻种类缘,证明属偏籼型的种质占15%,偏粳型占75%,粳型占10%。以山栏稻为亲本,分别与籼型和模型水稻品种杂交,在特定杂交组合中,某些性状表现较强的杂种优势。分析研究山栏稻与水稻杂种后代9项农艺性状(数量性状)的亲子相关性与遗传力,结果表明,千粒重、谷粒长宽比值的遗传率很高,可在杂种早期世代选择;穗颈长、株高的遗传率较高,可在杂种的中前期世代选择;株穗数、穗粒数的遗传率很低,宜在杂种高代选择。
The results showed that there were 5 indications of the germplasm of 20 varieties of Hainan mountain canopy rice, such as Beech hair, grain phenol reaction, 1 ~ 2 spike length, grain length / width ratio, Indica-type germplasm accounted for 15%, partial japonica 75%, japonica 10%. The hybrid rice was cultivated with indica hybrid rice and paddy rice, respectively. Some traits showed strong heterosis in hybrid rice. The correlation and heritability of nine agronomic traits (quantitative traits) were analyzed. The results showed that the heritability of 1000-grain weight and grain-length-width ratio was high, which could be selected in early generations of hybrids. The heredity rate of long and plant height is higher, which can be selected in middle and early generations of hybrids. The heritability of panicle number and ear grain number is very low, and it is suitable to choose the high generation of hybrids.
