目的研究异长齿黄芪(Astragalus monbeigii)的化学成分。方法综合利用多种色谱分离方法和材料对异长齿黄芪提取物中的化学成分进行分离,并运用波谱学技术(NMR、MS、UV、IR)对所分离得到的化合物进行结构解析。结果从异长齿黄芪甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物:glabrol(1)、刺甘草查尔酮(2)、木豆素(3)、soyasapogenol B(4)、3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22E-二烯(5)、β-胡萝卜苷(6)、二十八醇(7)、蔗糖(8)。结论本次研究对异长齿黄芪化学成分有了进一步的认识,为开发利用异长齿黄芪植物资源提供依据。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Astragalus monbeigii. Methods The chemical constituents in Astragalus membranaceus extracts were separated by a variety of chromatographic methods and materials. The structures of the isolated compounds were analyzed by spectroscopic techniques (NMR, MS, UV, IR). Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the extract of Astragalus membranaceus with different lengths of time: glabrol (1), licorice chalcone (2), mucin (3), soyasapogenol B (4), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 8α-bridged diox- ergosterol-6,22E-diene (5), β-daucosterol (6), octacosanol (7) and sucrose (8). Conclusion This study has further understanding of the chemical constituents of Astragalus heterotrophicum, providing the basis for the development and utilization of heterotrophic Astragalus plant resources.
