本刊今年第8期刊登的江苏省江都市国土资源局陈志桃等人所写的《房地转让有先后之分吗》一文,在读者中引起了广泛思考和热烈讨论。编辑部陆续收到了山东省莱芜市国土资源局吕新军、福建省建阳市国土资源局杨汉清、山东省平度市国土资源局邢文辉等读者的来信,对此问题各抒己见,可谓仁者见仁、智者见智。现编发这几位作者的来信,以期在讨论中进一步明晰法理。
This issue of the eighth issue of this year published in Jiangdu City, Jiangsu Province, Land and Resources Bureau, Chen Zhitao et al., “The transfer of premises has one after another,” aroused a wide range of thinking and heated discussion among readers. The editorial department successively received letters from readers such as Lu Xinjun, Bureau of Land and Resources of Laiwu City, Shandong Province, Yang Hanqing, Land and Resources Bureau of Jianyang City, Fujian Province, and Xing Wenhui, Land and Resources Bureau of Pingdu City, Shandong Province. Now we have compiled letters from these authors in order to further clarify the jurisprudence during the discussion.
