黄卫平,男,1951年出生于北京,中国人民大学经济学院教授,原中国人民大学经济学院院长,教育部经济学学科指导委员会委员,教育部普通高校教学评估委员会委员。中国社会科学院国际部评委,中国社会科学院美国研究所学术委员会委员。中国人民大学经济学学士、硕士、博士学位,意大利经济发展学院经济学硕士学位。1988年起,在中国人民大学国际经济系任教,曾任国际经济系主任,现任中国世界经济学会、国际贸易学会常务理事,中国国际金融学会、中国欧盟研究会理事、中华西方经济学说研究会理事、中美经济学教育交流委员会执行主任、意大利东方大学和美国迪根森学院客座教授。中国太平洋经济合作委员会委员,国务院特殊津贴获得者。主要研究领域:国际经济关系、国际经济学、发展经济学、亚太地区经济合作。主要著作:《关贸总协定与走向开放的中国经济》、《国际通行投资分析》、《发展经济学》等。
Huang Weiping, male, born in Beijing in 1951, is a professor at the School of Economics of Renmin University of China, former dean of the School of Economics of Renmin University of China, member of the Steering Committee of the Economics Department of the Ministry of Education, and member of the Teaching Evaluation Committee of the General Higher Education Institute of the Ministry of Education. Chinese Academy of Social Sciences judges the International Department, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of American academic committee. Bachelor, Master, Ph.D. in Economics from Renmin University of China, Master of Economics in Italian Institute of Economic Development. Since 1988, he has taught in the Department of International Economics of Renmin University of China and has served as the director of the Department of International Economics. He is currently the executive director of the China World Economic Association and the International Trade Association, the director of China Institute of International Finance, China Society for European Studies, , Executive director of Sino-American Economic Education Exchange Committee, visiting professor of Italian Oriental University and the United States of America Dickinson College. China Pacific Economic Cooperation Committee, the State Council special allowance winner. Main research areas: International Economic Relations, International Economics, Development Economics, Economic Cooperation in Asia Pacific Region. Major works: “General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and China’s opening up to the economy”, “international investment analysis”, “Development Economics” and so on.
