目的研究RACS1mRNA在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达并探讨其意义。方法应用SYBR GreenⅠ逆转录实时荧光定量PCR技术检测37例肝细胞癌(HCC)及癌旁组织中RCAS1mRNA的相对表达量,研究其表达与各项临床指标间的关系。结果RCAS1mRNA的表达水平与病理分级和临床TNM分期有显著相关性(P<0.05),而与病人的性别、血清AFP水平及肿瘤大小无显著相关性。结论RACS1mRNA可作为判断HCC侵袭性和进展的一个潜在指标。
Objective To study the expression of RACS1 mRNA in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and its significance. Methods The relative expression of RCAS1 mRNA in 37 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its adjacent tissues was detected by SYBR Green Ⅰ reverse transcription real-time quantitative PCR. The relationship between the expression of RCAS1 mRNA and the clinical parameters was studied. Results The expression level of RCAS1 mRNA was significantly correlated with the pathological grade and TNM staging (P <0.05), but not with the sex, serum AFP level and tumor size. Conclusions RACS1 mRNA can be used as a potential indicator of HCC invasion and progression.
