随着铁道车辆的发展,空调装置日益普及,经费及能源消耗不断增加。因此,最近对车辆空调装置进行了一系列的改进。现介绍如下: 1.省能源化在中小容量空调装置中选用旋转式压缩机,而对大容量空调装置则选用往复式压缩机。另外,为提高热交换器的效率,采用了带有内螺旋槽的散热管。 2.免维修化制冷机组主框架、壳体等选用不锈钢材料,并采用无涂漆工艺。 3.轻量化尽量采用塑性加工工艺。
