针对煤矿主排水系统人工控制方式的不足,提出了使用MCGS组态软件与SIEMENS的S7-300 PLC实现的主排水控制系统实现方案,介绍了系统的总体构成与具体实现方案,使用该系统可以提高井下水泵控制的自动化水平,减少人工投入,保证了煤矿井下的安全生产。
In view of the shortage of artificial control mode of main drainage system in coal mine, a scheme of main drainage control system realized by S7-300 PLC using MCGS configuration software and SIEMENS is proposed. The overall structure and specific implementation of the system are introduced. Using this system can improve Underground pump control automation level, reduce manual input, to ensure the safety of coal mine production.
