尿路感染在老年人十分常见,老年人尿路感染由于泌尿器官退化以及被基础疾病严重症状所掩盖,因而以泌尿系统为表现者明显少于非老年患者,现将我院近年来所诊治84例老年人尿路感染作一分析。1 临床资料 本组84例,诊断标准参照1985年第二届全国肾脏病学术会议制定的尿路感染诊断标准。男性27例,女性57例,84例年龄为60～89岁,其中上尿路感染35
