目的:建立梅花点舌丸中酯蟾毒配基、华蟾毒配基的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C_(18)柱,乙腈-0.5％KH_2PO_4溶液(50:50)为流动相,检测波长:296nm。结果:线性关系良好,酯蟾毒配基的平均加样回收率为97.4％,RSD为2.3％。华蟾毒配基的平均加样回收率为97.8％,RSD为2.7％。结论:方法简便可靠,分离度较好,结果稳定,可用于梅花点舌丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determining the content of esters of scorpion toxin in Huamei Dianhua Pill. Methods: The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used on the C 18 column. The acetonitrile-0.5% KH 2 PO 4 solution (50:50) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 296 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship was good. The average recovery of ester steroids was 97.4% and the RSD was 2.3%. The average addition recovery rate of Huayu poisoning was 97.8%, and the RSD was 2.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, the degree of separation is good, and the result is stable. It can be used for the quality control of plum blossom point tongue pills.
