异烟肼(INH)为临床抗痨治疗最常用药物之一。患者在长期服用INH期间,可能同时服用一些中药,如果配伍不当,就会产生一些不良反应,所以值得重视。 1 发生化学反应而影响疗效 1.1 许多动物类、矿物类生药如石决明、牡蛎、哈壳、磁石、代赭石、明矾、石膏等,含大量多价阳离子金属盐。在胃酸的强酸性条件下,大多数以金属离子状态进入胃液中,与INH络合产生难溶性的络合物,阻滞INH的肠道吸收,从而降低INH的疗效。
Isoniazid (INH) is one of the most commonly used drugs for clinical antispasmodic treatment. Patients may take some Chinese herbs at the same time during the long-term use of INH. If they are not properly combined, they will cause some adverse reactions, so it is worth paying attention. 1 Chemical reactions affect efficacy 1.1 Many animal and mineral crude drugs such as cassia, oysters, husks, magnetite, fluorite, alum, gypsum, etc. contain a large amount of polyvalent cationic metal salts. Under strong acidic conditions of gastric acid, most of them enter the gastric fluid in the state of metal ions, and complex with INH to produce insoluble complexes, which hinders the intestinal absorption of INH, thereby reducing the therapeutic effect of INH.
