目的了解福建省青少年学生自杀意念的发生率,探讨其影响因素,为制订干预措施提供依据。方法按照分层整群抽样方法,抽取32所中学、中专技工学校和大学学生,采用自填匿名问卷调查方法,针对10235名学生进行现场调查。结果福建省青少年学生自杀意念报告率为15.4%,女生自杀意念的报告率明显高于男生,高中生的自杀意念发生率高。多因素logistic回归分析结果表明,自杀意念的影响因素为性别、学习成绩、独生子女,经常感到孤独,经常感到学习压力大,经常失眠、抑郁,上下学感到不安全。结论福建省城市青少年学生自杀意念发生率较高,应根据其影响因素采取相应的干预措施。
Objective To understand the incidence of suicidal ideation among young students in Fujian Province and to explore the influencing factors, so as to provide basis for making interventions. Methods According to the stratified cluster sampling method, 32 secondary and secondary technical schools and college students were sampled. A total of 10235 students were surveyed on site by self-collected anonymous questionnaire. Results The reported rate of suicidal ideation among adolescent students in Fujian Province was 15.4%. The reported rate of suicidal ideation among girls was significantly higher than that of boys. The incidence of suicidal ideation of high school students was high. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing suicide ideation were gender, academic achievement, only child, often feeling lonely, often feel pressure of study, often suffer from insomnia, depression, and feel insecure about going to school. Conclusions The prevalence of suicidal ideation among urban young students in Fujian Province is relatively high. Corresponding intervention measures should be taken according to the influencing factors.
