QoS能力对4G通信网的影响至关重要。提出一种基于改进遗传算法的QoS路由优化算法。新算法为了增强GA的非凸搜索能力和避免陷入局部最优解加入了非凸多父体杂交算子,采用网络资源消耗和负载分布为目标函数,通过加权法把二目标优化转化为单目标优化问题。实验结果表明,新算法可以有效优化QoS路由,所得到的QoS路由在资源消耗最小的基础上,达到了负载均衡分布,合理利用网络资源,降低网络拥塞。
The impact of QoS capabilities on 4G communications networks is crucial. A QoS routing optimization algorithm based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed. In order to enhance the non-convex search ability of GA and avoid falling into the local optimal solution, the new algorithm joins the non-convex multi-parent crossover operator. By using the network resource consumption and load distribution as the objective function, the new algorithm converts the two-objective optimization into a single target Optimization. The experimental results show that the new algorithm can effectively optimize the QoS routing. The resulting QoS routing achieves the load balancing distribution based on the minimum resource consumption, makes rational use of network resources and reduces network congestion.
