社区教育资源是指一切可供社区教育活动利用的资源。社区教育资源整合是指社区教育组织或社区教育工作者为开展社区教育活动,将社区内外可用于社区教育的各种资源加以聚合、开发和利用的过程。宣武区历史悠久,文化资源丰厚,为发展社区教育奠定了基础。但是地域狭小,人口密度大,决定了其发展社区教育主要是通过资源整合,实现教育资源利用效率的最大化。通过对宣武区社区教育资源整合利用情况的调查,提炼出宣武区社区教育资源整合基本工作模式。
Community education resources refer to all resources available for community education activities. The integration of community education resources refers to the process of community education organizations or community educators to aggregate, develop and utilize all kinds of resources that can be used for community education both inside and outside the community to carry out community education activities. Xuanwu District has a long history and abundant cultural resources, laying the foundation for the development of community education. However, its small area and large population density have determined its development. Community education mainly aims at maximizing the efficiency of educational resources utilization through resource integration. Through the investigation of the integration and utilization of community education resources in Xuanwu District, the basic working mode of community education resource integration in Xuanwu District was extracted.
