我矿风井使用的B4—72—11型离心式通风机,反风时采用人工操作,完成一次反风需40分钟,不符合《煤矿安全规程》规定的10分钟内完成反风的标准。针对这一问题,我们自行设计挡风闸门和反风启闭装置,使用二年来,效果良好,一次反风时间仅用3分20秒,保证了安全生产。 一、原通风机反风结构存在的问题 1.采用两个厚为6mm的圆形钢板为风机切换挡风闸门,由于钢板薄,受风压后容易变形,致使闸门上提下落不便,影响反风的顺利进行。 2.用圆形钢板,制造工艺粗糙,使挡风闸门与闸框的配合间隙过大,工作后还需人工填料密封,降低了风机效率。
