清水河克尔古提水文站1993年后为汛期驻测站,每年仅在5-11月有实测径流量,在进行清水河水资源评价和水文分析计算时,各个项目的分析计算,往往是不同的分析计算人员采用不同的方法来进行年径流量值的插补,缺少各种方法的比较和精度的评定。依据清水河克尔古提水文站实测资料及河流所处的地理位置,分析了该河的降水、径流和枯水等水文特性,使用线性关系关系和枯季径流的消退规律来进行年径流量值的插补,并进行各种方法的比较和精度的评定,更加准确的了解清水河水资源量和分配规律,为下游工农业生产规划提供年来水量依据。
