提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力与反腐倡廉息息相关。腐败对构建社会主义和谐社会造成的危害不容忽视,腐败可以动摇社会主义的经济基础,可以扰乱社会主义的政治秩序,可以侵蚀社会主义的道德人心,给执政党带来丧失执政地位的危险。提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力,必须深入开展反腐败斗争。贯彻落实《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》,是提高构建社会主义和谐社会能力的重要保证。
Improving the ability to build a harmonious socialist society is closely linked with combating corruption and promoting integrity. The harmful effects of corruption on the building of a harmonious socialist society can not be ignored. Corruption can undermine the economic foundation of socialism, disrupt the socialist political order, erode the moral morality of socialism and give the ruling party the danger of losing its ruling position.
