本文研究了在确定的基本培养基上培养不同发育阶段酸樱桃(Prunus Cerasus L.品种为Montmorency)果实的可能性。选择酸樱桃是因为我对它的形态发育和种子产生的几种激素的水平有较详细的资料,而且果实的增大极大地取决于种子的发育。
This article investigates the possibility of culturing the fruits of sour cherry (Prunus Cerasus L. variety Montmorency) at different developmental stages on defined basal media. The sour cherry was chosen because of the more detailed information I have on the level of its morphological development and the production of several hormones in the seed, and the increase in fruit greatly depends on the development of the seed.
