应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学技术,对癌前疾病慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)组织中生长抑素(somatostatin,SOM)mRNA和SOM免疫反应性(immunoreactivity,IR)进行了研究。结果显示:CAG组织中,SOMmRNA杂交阳性率为53.8%,杂交阳性信号细胞明显高于正常组织(P<0.001)。SOMIR高于SOMmRNA原位杂交阳性信号细胞。结果提示:SOMmRNA的表达增高参与CAG细胞分裂、分化的内分泌调节。
In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to detect somatostatin (SOM) mRNA and SOM immunoreactivity (IR) in precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). The results showed that the positive rate of SOM mRNA was 53.8% in CAG tissues, and the positive cells in hybridization were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P <0.001). SOM IR higher than SOMmRNA in situ hybridization positive signal cells. The results suggest that: the expression of SOMmR NA increased CAC cell division, differentiation of endocrine regulation.
