已经有人证明,不同神经的神经束在数目、大小及形态有所不同。在口腔颌面外科中对下齿槽神经外膜或神经外周的修复也有报告,但对其神经束的数目、大小及形态尚未进行过研究,而了解它们对下齿槽神经的手术获得成功是必要的。了解神经束的形态有助于下齿槽神经的吻合,供体神经束的大小类型的选择增加神经移植的成活率,同时有利于面痛伴有下齿槽神经痛的处理。作者从10例新鲜尸体中取出由下颌颏孔到下颌小舌段的下齿槽神经,并记载年龄、性别及牙列情况。将神经置于-20℃低温冻结,用恒冷切片机沿着神经干每隔2mm 作横断切片,
It has been shown that nerve bundles of different nerves vary in number, size and shape. In oral and maxillofacial surgery, there are also reports on the repair of the inferior alveolar epineurium or the neural periphery, but the number, size and shape of the nerve bundles have not been studied yet, and understanding of their success in the operation of the inferior alveolar nerve is necessary. Knowing the shape of the nerve bundle contributes to the anastomosis of the inferior alveolar nerve. The selection of the size and type of the donor nerve bundle increases the survival rate of the nerve graft and facilitates the management of the facial pain with the lower alveolar neuralgia.
