企业把自身的经营理念、价值取向、行为方式等加以概括、归纳和升华,以展示具有鲜明特色的、性格化的企业形象,形成与社会的独特沟通,这就是企业文化。良好的企业文化,能产生不可替代的内部凝聚作用和外部感召作用,从而对企业实现自身目标,发挥稳定持久的、基础性的推动作用。当前,我国的电力体制改革正在向纵深方向发展,或许是正处在改革转轨期间的原因,我们还看不出供电企业文化建设的明确的主体,社会公众对供电企业文化的理解往往至多是“人民电业为人民”的服务宗旨。这是远远不够的。
