目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)和转录调节因子-1(Ets-1)蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达,探讨二者在喉癌发生、发展中的作用及两者的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测34例喉癌组织及癌旁组织、15例声带息肉组织中MMP-1、Ets-1的表达,采用图像分析软件系统对免疫组织化学结果进行半定量分析。结果:①MMP-1、Ets-1蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织和息肉组织(P<0.05);癌旁组织和息肉组织间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②MMP-1、Ets-1的表达与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和临床分型无关(P>0.05)。③MMP-1、Ets-1在喉癌中的表达水平呈正相关。结论:MMP-1和Ets-1在喉癌组织中的高表达与喉癌的发生、发展有关,对判断喉癌的恶性程度和病情进展有重要价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and transcriptional regulator-1 (Ets-1) protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and to explore their roles in the development and progression of laryngeal carcinoma Sex. Methods: The expression of MMP-1 and Ets-1 in 34 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues and 15 cases of vocal cord polyps were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). The results of immunohistochemistry were analyzed by image analysis software system Quantitative analysis. Results: (1) The expression of MMP-1 and Ets-1 in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in paracancer and polyp (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between paracancerous tissue and polyp (P> 0.05 ). The expression of MMP-1 and Ets-1 was correlated with tumor grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with gender, age, tumor size and clinical type (P> 0.05). ③MMP-1, Ets-1 expression in laryngeal cancer was positively correlated. Conclusion: The overexpression of MMP-1 and Ets-1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma, which is of great value in judging the malignant degree and progression of laryngeal carcinoma.
