三二○一医院是中国航空工业总公司○一二基地的职工中心医院。原址南郑县边家山,现址陕西省汉中市。医院占地面积3.10万平方米,建筑总面积5. 38平方米,拥有固定资产35O0.OO万元,床位501张,是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的综合性现代化医院。共有职工598人,其中高级技术人员52人,中级技术人员15O人。有12个职能科室、18个临床科室、10个医技科室。有临床肿瘤研究所和职工中级卫校各1所,成立了肿瘤放疗中心、甲状腺病治疗中心、内窥镜中心和血透中心,医院以其雄厚的教学、科研实力成为陕西医学高等专科学校定点教学医院。 我院分级管理工作始于1993年。三年来,经过全院干部职工齐心协力,奋力拼搏,不但完成了二次创业,实现了医院搬迁,而且顺利地通过了“三甲”医院评审。 回顾三年来创“三甲”的历程,我们深深感到:实施分级管理的三年是我院建院史上发展变化最大的三年,领导班子
