随着城市人口的快速增长,城市的土地资源越来越紧张,为了有效的解决城市发展过程中的人地矛盾,房屋建筑逐渐向集约式、内涵式的方向发展,因此高层房屋建筑工程得到迅速的发展。但是高层建筑的施工中因受施工环境和施工周期的影响,各种风险之间相互交错,并且不断的发展和变化,极易引发一系列的安全事故,需要相关人员引起足够的重视。本文分析了风险管理的概念,并以某高层房屋建筑工程为例,对安全生产管理及风险控制进行了具体的分析。
