人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,是企业不可或缺的宝贵财富,也是企业的关键因素。中小型高科技企业要以现代人力资源管理思想为指导,建立符合自身特点的、科学的人力资源管理体系,才能提升企业核心竞争力,从而使企业走上持续健康发展的道路。而提升中小型高科技企业的人力资源管理水平涉及方方面面的工作。1、转变人力资源部门角色现代人力资源管理主导思想是“以人为本”。人本思想将人视为有价值的资源,通过长期投资和合理使用,最大限度地释放人的潜能、同时也使企业获得更多的回报。根据这种思想,中小型高科技企业应该将人力资源部门由“权力部门”
Human resources are a strategic resource of modern enterprises, an indispensable valuable asset for enterprises, and a key factor for enterprises. Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises must be guided by modern human resource management ideas and establish a scientific human resource management system that is in line with their own characteristics in order to enhance their core competitiveness and thus enable them to embark on a path of sustained and healthy development. Increasing the level of human resources management in small and medium-sized high-tech companies involves all aspects of work. 1. Changing the role of the human resources department The dominant ideology of modern human resources management is “people-oriented”. People-oriented thinking regards people as valuable resources. Through long-term investment and reasonable use, people’s potential can be released to the maximum extent, and enterprises can also obtain more returns. According to this idea, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises should use human resources departments from the “power department.”
