应用同步辐射小角x射线散射和差示扫描量热分析对块体非晶合金Zr55Cu30 Al1 0 Ni5结构弛豫进行了研究 .实验结果表明 :经 340℃、不同时间退火后的非晶内部的电子密度涨落随退火时间的延长先增大而后减小 ;玻璃转变温度附近焓弛豫峰的表观激活能则随退火时间的延长先减小而后增大 .结果反映了随退火时间的延长 ,块体非晶合金内部类液体区不断减少及类固体区不断增加的过程 .
The structure relaxation of bulk amorphous alloy Zr55Cu30 Al1 0 Ni5 was studied by synchrotron radiation small angle x-ray scattering and differential scanning calorimetry. The experimental results show that the electron density of the amorphous alloy after annealing at 340 ℃ for different time The fluctuation of annealing temperature increases first and then decreases, while the apparent activation energy of the relaxation peak near the glass transition temperature decreases first and then increases with the increase of annealing time.The results show that with the annealing time prolonging, The internal liquid region of the bulk amorphous alloy is continuously reduced and the solid-like region is continuously increased.
