目的:探讨肉豆蔻的最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用均匀试验法,以止泻作用和急性毒性为指标,用粉末混悬剂灌胃给药,对小鼠进行试验。结果:生肉豆蔻粉对小鼠有显著的止泻作用,未见急性毒性作用;炮制并不能有效地增强止泻作用。结论:肉豆蔻不一定需要炮制
Objective: To explore the best processing technology of nutmeg. Methods: The homogenous test method was used. The diarrhea effect and acute toxicity were used as indexes, and the mice were tested by intragastric administration with powder suspension. RESULTS: Raw nutmeg powder had significant anti-diarrhea effect on mice and no acute toxicity was found. Concocting could not effectively enhance the anti-diarrhea effect. Conclusion: Nutmeg does not necessarily need to be concocted
