随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,市场竞争的关键在于行业领先人才和人力资源的竞争。对于以培养应用型人才的高职院校来说,也希望能够提升办学质量,通过各种渠道拓宽学生的培养和就业道路。工学结合的办学模式,既能够为企业输送人才,又能够增加高职院校学生的实践机会,可谓是一举两得。而在这种新型的办学模式下,高职院校的人力资源管理还并不是非常完善,存在一定的不足,本文就工学结合模式下高职院校的人力资源管理中的瓶颈进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议,旨在能够推动我国高职院校工学结合的合理、健康、持续发展。
As China’s economic development and social progress, the key to market competition lies in the competition of the industry’s leading talent and human resources. For vocational colleges that cultivate applied talents, they also hope to improve the quality of running schools and broaden the cultivation and employment of students through various channels. The combination of work and study can not only provide talents for enterprises but also increase practical opportunities for students in higher vocational colleges. However, in this new mode of running a school, human resource management in higher vocational colleges is not perfect and there are some shortcomings. This paper analyzes the bottlenecks in human resource management in higher vocational colleges under the mode of “combination of work and study” And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aimed at promoting the reasonable, healthy and sustainable development of the combination of work and study in our higher vocational colleges.
