目前国内关于Frankel-Ⅱ型矫治器的临床应用报道极少。笔者1987年以来共矫治10例,取得满意效果,现报道如下:1 临床资料 10例中男7例、女3例,年龄为6～13岁,均为Ⅱ类错(牙合),以正侧面观貌的凹陷为特征,个别患者伴有轻度牙列拥挤或扭转错位。牙型为替牙(牙合)、恒牙早期,每个患者矫治前取记存模型,矫正后取完成模型。 矫治方法;按常规Frankel-Ⅱ型设计矫治器矫 At present, the clinical application of Frankel-Ⅱ appliance is rarely reported.
