由于交通流激增或交通事故这类交通突变现象会导致交通拥挤。在交通流控制中,传统的交通流理论以二维空间为基础对连续交通流进行分析,难以解释交通流突变现象。突变理论可从多维空间对非连续的交通流突变现象予以合理解释,成为交通流理论研究的重点之一。本文介绍了突变理论的基本内容、国内外应用突变理论对交通流进行分析的研究现状,并对其应用的前景进行了展望。
Traffic jams can lead to traffic jams due to surges in traffic flow or traffic accidents. In the traffic flow control, the traditional traffic flow theory analyzes the continuous traffic flow on the basis of two-dimensional space, which makes it difficult to explain the abrupt change of traffic flow. Catastrophe theory can reasonably explain discontinuous traffic flow abrupt changes from multi-dimensional space and become one of the focuses of traffic flow theory. This paper introduces the basic content of catastrophe theory, the research status of the application of catastrophe theory in domestic and international analysis of traffic flow, and prospects its application prospects.
