热效率作为衡量加热炉先进性与操作性能优劣的一个重要指标,直接关系到车间生产能耗的高低.以洛阳石化蜡油加氢加热炉燃烧现状为依据,分析了加热炉热效率的影响因素,并针对性地提出了提高加热炉热效率的改进措施,达到节能的目的.加热炉热效率主要受过剩空气系数,排烟温度,一氧化碳含量等因素的影响.氧含量每升高1%,过剩空气系数增加约6.3%,热效率降低约0.4%;一氧化碳含量每升高100 mg/L,热效率降低约0.05%;排烟温度每升高5℃,热效率降低约0.25%.为提高加热炉效率,氧含量应控制在2%~4%,在此基础上尽可能降低一氧化碳含量,排烟温度控制在125~135℃为宜.
