采用粉煤灰陶粒作为轻骨料,聚合物环氧树脂作为粘结剂,制备多孔声屏障材料,研究了粉煤灰陶粒粒径大小、级配组成、掺加材料、背后空腔对吸声隔声性能的影响。结果表明:不同粒径大小的试件均在低频附近产生一个最大吸声峰值,随着粒径的增大,最大吸声峰向高频方向移动;复合级配组合使最大吸声峰值向低频移动,对隔声性能有所提高;掺加橡胶粉对高频吸声性能有所改善,低频吸声和隔声均影响较小;增加空腔对低频的吸声有较大改善,且厚度越大,吸声效果越好。
