我国作为烟草产量占接近世界总产量一半的烟草大国来说,想要继续保持这种健康持续的发展,就必须要加强烟草企业的自我管理,努力完善烟草企业的财务管理与控制制度,这样才能使得烟草企业拥有更大的发展空间,并带动地区产业发展本文主要介绍了企业的财务管理与控制的相关理论,以及现今我国烟草企业财务管理与控制存在的问题,最后介绍了提高我国烟草企业财务管理与控制的有效解决策略。
