甲状腺癌再手术36例临床分析

目的探讨甲状腺癌患者再手术的相关因素。方法对36例再手术的甲状腺癌患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 36例中二次手术者28例,三次手术者8例;36例甲状腺癌再次手术发现总残癌率为58.3%(21/36),其中原发部位残癌率44.4%(16/36),颈部淋巴结转移36.19%(13/36)。结论甲状腺肿瘤手术应行甲状腺腺叶切除;疑有颈淋巴结转移时要行规范化的颈淋巴结清扫术。 Objective To investigate the related factors of reoperation in patients with thyroid cancer. Methods The data of 36 patients with reoperation for thyroid cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 36 cases, 28 cases were secondary surgery and 8 cases were three times surgery. The total residual cancer rate was 58.3% (21/36) after reoperation in 36 cases of thyroid cancer, in which the residual rate of the primary site was 44.4% (16/36 ), Cervical lymph node metastasis 36.19% (13/36). Conclusions Thyroid gland lobectomy should be performed in thyroid neoplasm. Normal cervical lymph node dissection should be performed when cervical lymph node metastasis is suspected.
