以混凝土湿喷机液压系统为例,研究基于模糊理论故障树的诊断方法。首先建立混凝土湿喷机液压系统的故障树,再利用模糊故障向量描述液压元件故障概率,通过模糊量化,确定顶事件的变化与其子节点之间的隶属关系;通过具体故障诊断过程的验证,表明该方法较传统故障树方法简单、可靠。
Taking the hydraulic system of wet concrete spraying machine as an example, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy theory is studied. Firstly, the fault tree of hydraulic system of wet concrete spraying machine is established, then the fuzzy fault vector is used to describe the failure probability of hydraulic components. By the fuzzy quantification, the affiliation between the change of top event and its subnodes is determined. Through the verification of specific fault diagnosis process, This method is more simple and reliable than the traditional fault tree method.
