高新技术企业是指在《国家重点支持的高新技术领域》内,持续进行研究开发与技术成果转化,形成企业核心自主知识产权,并以此为基础开展经营活动。近几年来我国越来越重视高新技术产业的发展。针对人力资源管理与高新技术产业创新能力的关系,把前人学者的研究理论,应用于高新技术行业,分析高新技术企业的人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,有效利用和组织协调内部资源得以达到预期目标的任务。
High-tech enterprises refer to the continuous research and development and transformation of technological achievements in “high-tech fields supported by the state” and the formation of the core independent intellectual property rights of enterprises, and the carrying out of business activities on the basis of them.
