在纸张匀度指数值较稳定的情况下,对纸张匀度指数分量和透气度之间的关系进行了规律性的探讨。结果表明:纸张中纤维絮聚团尺寸大于3mm的部分的匀度指数分量对透气度的影响呈二次曲线的关系,而尺寸小于3mm的部分无明显规律,且尺寸为6~16mm的纤维絮聚团的匀度指数对透气度的影响大于尺寸为3~6mm的部分产生的影响;随着纸张定量的增加,匀度指数分量与透气度之间的关系越加明显。
In the case of a more stable index of paper evenness, the relationship between the index of paper uniformity and the air permeability was studied in a regular way. The results show that the influence of the roughness index on the air permeability is quadratic curve, while the size of the fiber less than 3mm has no obvious regularity, and the fiber floc size of 6 ~ 16mm The effect of agglomeration index on air permeability is greater than that of the size of 3 ~ 6 mm. With the increase of paper ration, the relationship between HIF and air permeability becomes more obvious.
