研究了具有较小孔径的冠醚(15-冠-5醚和12-冠-4醚)和聚乙二醇对IR胶料硫磺硫化的影响。测试了硫化胶的拉伸性能。记录了胶料的介电响应并将它用于分析离子浓度。获取了含有氧化锌、硬脂酸、TBBS、18-冠-6醚和硫磺的混合物的13C-NMR谱图,以此来分析硫化过程中可能形成的化学结构。基于测试结果提出了18-冠-6醚和聚乙二醇与锌离子的络合物的简化模型。
The effects of crown ethers (15-crown-5 and 12-crown-4 ethers) and polyethylene glycol with smaller pore sizes on sulfur vulcanization of IR compounds were investigated. Tensile properties of vulcanizates were tested. The dielectric response of the paste is recorded and used to analyze the ion concentration. The 13C-NMR spectrum of a mixture containing zinc oxide, stearic acid, TBBS, 18-crown-6 ether and sulfur was obtained to analyze the possible chemical structures during the vulcanization. Based on the test results, a simplified model of 18-crown-6 ether and a complex of polyethylene glycol and zinc ion was proposed.
