本文利用数值方法模拟了新型高效水套炉火筒内天然气燃烧过程,分析了火筒内温度场的分布规律和火筒内外壁温度的变化情况,以及火筒负荷特性随燃料用量的变化规律.分析表明,新型高效水套炉设计过程中可以适当增加火筒段的热负荷强度,以减小金属耗量,但火筒热负荷强度不宜超过96 kW/m2;燃烧火焰主要集中在火筒中后部,火筒壳体烟气出口周围温度相对较高,属于压力薄弱环节容易烧穿,应采取加固措施.
In this paper, the numerical simulation is used to simulate the combustion process of natural gas in a new type of high efficiency water jacket firebox, the distribution of temperature field inside the firebox and the change of temperature inside and outside the firebox and the variation of load characteristics with the fuel consumption are analyzed. During the design of the high-efficiency water jacket furnace, the heat load intensity of the fire barrel section can be appropriately increased to reduce the metal consumption, but the heat load intensity of the firebox should not exceed 96 kW / m2; the combustion flame is mainly concentrated in the back of the fire barrel, The temperature around the gas outlet is relatively high, which belongs to the point of weak pressure to burn easily. Reinforcement measures should be taken.
