在跨栏跑教学中,学生经常出现心理障碍和恐惧感。本文主要运用文献资料法和调查问卷法对上海体育学院08级学生跨栏跑教学中的恐惧心理进行分析与研究。结论表明学生的心理障碍主要由于跨栏跑技术复杂难学,教师教法不正确和学生自信心不足,怕受伤造成的。
In hurdling teaching, students often experience psychological disorders and feelings of fear. This article mainly uses the literature method and the questionnaire method to analyze and study the fear mentality of hurdle race teaching of Shanghai PE Institute. The conclusion shows that the students’ psychological disorders are mainly caused by the complex and difficult skills of hurdle racing, the improper teaching of teachers and the lack of self-confidence of students, which are caused by injuries.
